By creating an account or using the kcaloriz app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

kcaloriz is a calorie and macro tracking tool. It is provided as-is, free of charge. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes via the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information — the calorie targets we calculate depend on the body stats you enter.

kcaloriz is not a medical application. The calorie and macro targets it calculates are estimates based on well-established formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor). They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, consult a professional before changing your diet.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or API. You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content. You may not abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

The optional "Support kcaloriz" feature links to a PayPal donation page. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not entitle you to any additional features or support guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, kcaloriz and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any health outcomes resulting from following the app's calorie targets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
